Where are you located?
We are located at 1741 Grafton Street on the third floor.
Where can I park?
Street parking is free after 6:00 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. The Prince George Parkade offers paid parking and is located across the street from our entrance . There is also paid parking at the Nova Centre, at Prince and Grafton.
What should I wear?
We recommend dressing smartly casual.
Is your show appropriate for my child?
We are proud to provide an evening of family friendly entertainment. Our shows do not contain sexual humor or profanity.
What time does the show start?
Our lounge opens at 5:30 pm for pre-show drinks and appetizers. At 6:15 pm the dining room opens for seating. The show begins once everyone is seated.
What time does the show end?
Our performances end between 9:30pm -10:00pm.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving anytime between 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer discounts for children under 12, students, seniors, military personnel and Health Care workers. Group discounts are offered for reservations of 21people or more.
I have a food allergy; can I still attend your performance?
Our chef is pleased to accommodate for any food allergies with advance notice. Please contact the box office for more information
Where do I pick up my tickets?
We don’t have tickets, you secure your reservation with a credit card (no charge is placed on the card) and at the end of the show you’ll get a bill, just like in a restaurant.
Why do you need my credit card information?
A credit card is required to secure your reservation. The only time your credit card would be used is if you didn’t show up – there is a $30.00 per person “no show” fee. No other charges are placed on your credit card. You will be presented with your bill at the end of the night, just as you would at a traditional restaurant.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
There is an elevator to escort guests to the third floor although our washrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, gift cards can be made in any dollar amount and can be purchased in person or via email with a signed credit card authorization form.
What nights do you hold performances?
We will have a performance any night except Mondays. In order to hold a show, we must meet a minimum requirement of reservations. Until we reach that number, your reservation is "tentative". Once get enough people booked in, our show is confirmed for that evening. If we don't reach our requirement, we would have to cancel the show. This would happen within 48 hours before the performance date.
